I've decided to use this blog as an opportunity to begin documenting and organizing ideas to perhaps one day start a business venture; a neighborhood eatery of some kind (in Pittsburgh).
More ideas and specific things will follow, but this will be more of a journal perhaps than a weblog, but we'll see. I think there are a lot of good ideas I can work with, record, and experiment with for something potentially in the future.
Ideas include but are not limited to: bread making, baking, eating, and varieties; meats of ALL kinds, braising, slicing, deli styles, varieties, etc.; themes, locations, decorations, layout; and lots of good awesome stuff like cookies, or potato chips, or treats, beers, clientele. I could go on for a million years, but that's what this blog will aim at. Yes'm!
